Your visit typically includes an examination, a review of your dental concerns, and a discussion of treatment options. Cleaning and any needed imaging depend on your individual needs. More complex treatment may require a separate appointment.

We accept a variety of PPO plans. Our team can help check your benefits before treatment. We do not accept Medicaid or DMO plans.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service unless arrangements have been made.

Ask our team about third-party financing through Cherry. Approval and terms are determined by the financing provider.

Can I book online?

Yes. The Book online button takes you to our appointment scheduler. For urgent concerns or help finding a time, call the office.

How do I find the office?

We are at 260 W Sunrise Hwy, Suite 201, Valley Stream. The office is on the second floor. Contact us if you need help with building access.
